14 Days Tanzania Safari and Kilimanjaro Adventure

The 14 Days Tanzania Safari and Kilimanjaro Adventure opens on the Great Wildebeest Migration corridors of the Serengeti, descends into the wildlife-packed bowl of Ngorongoro Crater, and then swaps the savannah for the sky as you climb the Machame Route to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), the rooftop of Africa. Tarangire's elephant herds and the crater's resident rhinos, lions, and flamingos fill the safari days before the real altitude challenge begins.

The Kilimanjaro section is a journey through five ecosystems: rainforest, heather moorland, alpine desert, and finally the Arctic summit zone at sunrise. Acclimatization days at Lava Tower and Barranco Valley keep the success rate high. Professional mountain guides, a full crew, and emergency evacuation cover mean every step is in expert hands.

Looking for the safari without the climb? The 9 Days Northern Circuit Tanzania Safari covers the same iconic parks. For a two-country extension, see the 9 Days Tanzania and Uganda Safari.
