Day-by-Day Itinerary

On arrival at Entebbe International Airport you are met by our representative, assisted with arrival formalities and transferred to your hotel. Take the remainder of the day to relax and unwind beside the calm waters of Lake Victoria, Uganda's lakeside gateway.

After an early breakfast you transfer to the airport for a scheduled domestic flight to Bwindi, with breathtaking aerial views of Uganda's rolling hills and forests along the way. On arrival you are met by your driver-guide and transferred to your lodge among the misty hills of the southwest, with the rest of the day to relax and prepare for tomorrow's adventure.

Following an early breakfast and a briefing by experienced rangers, you enter the ancient rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family, trekking through dense vegetation and rugged terrain until you reach them. Once found, you spend a magical hour observing their behaviour and family interactions, then return to your lodge to relax and reflect on this remarkable achievement.
