9 Days Uganda Adventure and Cultural Safari

The 9 Days Uganda Adventure and Cultural Safari covers Uganda's full spectrum beyond the traditional circuit, from the source of the Nile to its remotest corner. It begins in Jinja with white-water rafting on Grade 5 rapids and a sundowner cruise to where the Nile starts its journey to the Mediterranean. From there, the route climbs east to Sipi Falls for a coffee tour and a sunset walk above the plains, then heads deep into Karamoja for cycling with nomadic warriors and bush camping with herders.

Kidepo Valley National Park is the finale, a wilderness many seasoned travellers describe as Africa's most beautiful and least crowded national park. Lions, elephants, giraffes, and buffalo roam against a backdrop of dramatic inselbergs, and a cultural encounter with the Ik tribe, one of Uganda's smallest and most isolated communities, adds a dimension no other itinerary offers.

For a focused cultural and hiking adventure in the same northeast region, the 10 Days Northern Circuit Uganda Safari adds Mount Moroto and Mount Morungole. The 4 Days Uganda Walking and Camping Safari provides a walking-focused Murchison Falls alternative for active travellers.
